How The Waitlist WOrks
Being Added to Class
If a spot becomes available at least 12 hours prior to class, you will be notified via email and/or text. You must be opted into text message communications to receive text alerts. If spots open up after the 12 hour mark our automated system will not add you. This is to allow clients the chance to cancel class without penalty.
Last Minute Openings
After 12 hours clients clients will no longer be automatically added. However, you may receive an automated text message asking if you would like to accept a last minute opening. Last minute openings are first come first serve. Clients must be opted into texts to receive notifications.
Unused Credits
If you do not ultimately make it into class, your class credit will be returned to your account. It may take our automated several hours to process and return the credit to your account, do not be alarmed if it is not returned instantly.
PLEASE NOTE
All standard 12 hour cancellation policies apply if you make it into class from the waitlist. While clients are welcome to add themselves to multiple waitlists in a single day, clients should be prepared to remove themselves from any unwanted classes before the 12 hour window. Please consider adding yourself to text alerts to ensure you are aware of your status on the waitlist.
Clients must manage reservations via our app or wesbite.
Requests via social media, text, email, or calls will not be honored.
