If you could be any animal, what would you be?

A sea otter, so I can swim and lay on my back all day long.

What's the last thing you watched on tv?

Deeply obsessed with Severance!

No and he definitely cheated. I will not be explaining further.

What is the best advice you've ever heard?

Feel the fear and do it anyway. That's my mantra!

What would you like to be known for?

My resilience, for continually striving to learn and grow, and for nurturing and making a positive impact in this community.

Any Filipino dish made by my grandma.

Your advice to anyone new to High Intensity Pilates?

It’s going to be hard at first but have tons of grace with yourself, and if you keep coming back you’ll learn just how strong you really are!
