I live for a pop remix, hip hop and R&B from the late 90s, and I have a rule that if we play Whitney Houston we give the exercise our ALL

What I think makes for a great class:
The class has to flow, the music has to make me wanna dance, if I’m in class i want to be a little mad at my instructor and as an instructor I have to be ready to help you scale up or down so we can get you the exact right burn for wherever you and your body are that day!

Over the last decade I have taught classes in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Oakland.
In 2013 I became certified by Madd Dog to coach spin, a few months later I earned my certification in Lagree Fitness from world renowned fitness trainer Piper Michelle, and in 2018 I earned an additional certification for Slow Resistance Training again with Piper Michelle.
These last ten years of coaching High Intensity Pilates have allowed me to see how special it can be to create a community and build friendships through fitness. It only felt right to build a fitness community right here in my hometown of El Cerrito. Nothing brings me more joy than coaching clients through a fun and satisfying sweat!
My mission is to build an inclusive and supportive space for fitness lovers (and maybe those who don’t know they love fitness yet) to come together and move.
